What version of Microsoft Dynamics RMS?  The latest version is 2.0.2000 which is known as Cumulative Update 5.  There are Hot-fixes available beyond 2.0.2000 but these are not required.  If your 2.0 version of Microsoft RMS is below 2.0.2000, we can upgrade you.

Can you support our Microsoft RMS software?  Yes.  We have worked as a certified Microsoft RMS Partner since 2003 and are deeply experienced in Store Operations and Headquarters.  We can ensure your Microsoft RMS is functioning properly, and upgraded correctly.  This ensures that your Microsoft RMS Scan Data solution will function properly.

Is Microsoft RMS discontinued?  Microsoft RMS is no longer for sale to new customers.  We encourage Microsoft Dynamics RMS customers interested in moving beyond RMS to consider Retail Management Hero (RMH).  RMH uses the same RMS database structure so your Microsoft RMS Scan Data solution will continue to work with RMH.
